Wausau, WI is a hidden gem nestled just North of Central Wisconsin. Wausau is known for having the highest skiable peak in the state, and also one of the oldest in the nation. However, this city has a lot to offer in the Fall season as well.

Rib Mountain State Park offers incredible views of the Fall foliage between mid-September and mid-October. Featuring a 60 foot observation tower, you will be engulfed by the miles and miles of beauty in front of you. (Pictured above.)
